Factory Incentive: Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter
This promotion is run by Futura Trailers Limited ("Futura", "we", "us", "our"), based in Auckland, New Zealand. Where these terms refer to "we" or "us", they refer to Futura Trailers Limited and our authorised dealers participating in the promotion.
2. Promotion period
The Futura Factory Incentive is a limited time promotion that starts in October 2026. It has no fixed end date and runs until we end it, or until factory build slots allocated to the promotion are filled, whichever comes first. We may end the promotion at any time (see section 9).
3. Eligible products
The promotion applies only to the following new boat trailer models, when purchased from Futura Trailers or an authorised participating dealer:

All prices include GST. The headline saving of "up to $1,700" is the maximum saving available under the promotion (T-7D-Q4TW-35). The actual saving varies by model.
4. Excluded products
All Futura products not listed in section 3 are excluded, including vehicle trailers and SHIFTR trailers. Accessories and options are charged at standard rates.
5. Geographic eligibility
This promotion is available in New Zealand only. It does not apply to purchases made through Futura Trailers entities or dealers outside New Zealand, including Futura US, Australia, Mexico, Canada or Japan.
6. How to secure Factory Incentive pricing
To lock in Factory Incentive pricing, a 20% deposit must be paid online at futuratrailers.co.nz, or an order confirmed with an authorised participating dealer, while the promotion is running. Build slots are allocated in order of confirmed orders.
7. No retroactive price-matching
Factory Incentive pricing applies only to new orders placed and confirmed while the promotion is running. We will not refund, credit or price-match orders placed or paid for before the promotion started or after it ends.
8. What is and isn't included
The Factory Incentive price applies to the trailer base model only. The following are charged at standard rates:
- Optional accessories, upgrades and customisations
- Freight, delivery, registration, WoF and on-road costs
- Finance charges and any third party credit terms
- Trade-in valuations (assessed on standard terms)
The Factory Incentive cannot be combined with any other discount, voucher, fleet pricing arrangement or trade pricing agreement, unless Futura has expressly authorised it in writing.
9. Right to amend or end the promotion
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to:
- Amend, suspend, extend or end this promotion;
- Adjust eligible products, pricing or saving levels;
- Disqualify any participant we reasonably believe is acting in bad faith or attempting to manipulate the promotion.
Any order confirmed at Factory Incentive pricing before such a change will be honoured at the confirmed price.
10. Warranty, finance and trade-in
All standard Futura Trailers warranty terms, finance terms and trade-in policies continue to apply unchanged to trailers bought under this promotion. The promotion does not reduce or alter your statutory consumer rights, including your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
11. Dealer participation
Authorised participating dealers may, at their discretion, run their own promotional activity within the parameters of this promotion. Dealers are responsible for accurately representing the promotion in their own communications and for following Futura's supplied messaging and creative guidelines.
12. Privacy
Any personal information collected in connection with this promotion is handled in line with Futura's Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 2020.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this promotion are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
