Boat Show Special: Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter
This promotion is run by Futura Trailers Limited ("Futura", "we", "us", "our"), based in Auckland, New Zealand. Where these terms refer to "we" or "us", they refer to Futura Trailers Limited and our authorised dealers participating in the promotion.
2. Promotion period
The Boat Show Special runs from 12:01am NZST on Thursday 14 May 2026 to 11:59pm NZST on Sunday 24 May 2026. We reserve the right to amend, extend, shorten or withdraw the promotion at our sole discretion (see section 9).
3. Eligible products
The promotion applies only to the following models, when purchased new from Futura Trailers or an authorised participating dealer:

Saving: $700
The headline saving of "up to $700 off" reflects the maximum saving available under the promotion (S-4A-Q2). The actual saving varies by model.
4. Excluded products
All Futura models not listed in section 3 are excluded from this promotion. Standard RRP applies to all excluded models.
5. Geographic eligibility
This promotion is available in New Zealand only. It does not apply to purchases made through Futura Trailers entities or dealers outside New Zealand, including Futura US, Australia, Mexico, Canada or Japan.
6. Stock availability
The promotion is offered while stocks last. Specific configurations, accessories and lead times may vary by dealer and by stock position. Futura makes no guarantee that any particular model will remain available throughout the full promotion period.
7. No retroactive price-matching
Promotional pricing applies only to new orders placed and confirmed within the promotion period. We will not refund, credit or price-match against orders placed or paid for outside the promotion period.
8. What is and isn't included
The promotional price applies to the trailer base model only. The following are not affected by the promotion and continue to be charged at standard rates:
- Optional accessories, upgrades and customisations
- Freight, delivery, registration and on-road costs
- Finance charges and any third party credit terms
- Trade-in valuations (assessed on standard terms)
The promotional price cannot be combined with any other discount, voucher, fleet pricing arrangement, or trade pricing agreement except where expressly authorised by Futura in writing.
9. Right to amend or withdraw
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to:
- Amend, suspend, shorten, extend or withdraw this promotion;
- Adjust eligible products, pricing or saving levels;
- Disqualify any participant we reasonably believe is acting in bad faith or attempting to manipulate the promotion.
Where an order has been confirmed at promotional pricing prior to any such change, that order will be honoured at the confirmed price.
10. Warranty, finance and trade-in
All standard Futura Trailers warranty terms, finance terms and trade-in policies continue to apply unchanged for trailers purchased under this promotion. The promotional price does not reduce or alter your statutory consumer rights, including any rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
11. Dealer participation
Authorised participating dealers may, at their discretion, structure their own promotional activity within the parameters of this promotion. Dealers are responsible for accurately representing the promotion in their own communications and for adhering to Futura's supplied messaging and creative guidelines.
12. Privacy
Any personal information collected in connection with this promotion is handled in accordance with Futura's Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 2020.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this promotion will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
